Advanced Seminar Enrollment Agreement must be completed prior to the seminar date. The agreement is provided via email after registration. A picture of your professional license is required via email with the completed enrollment form.

Space is limited and participants must be pre-registered. Attendees receive a certificate of completion for each Advanced Seminar that is fully completed.

* Requires a Professional License Number to Register. All license numbers will be verified by the state board.

All policies are for Advanced Seminars within the Enrollment Agreement upon registering.
